Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@squlptique.com with your order number and reason for return.

- Items returned after 30 days
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Wrong or Damaged Items If you received a wrong or damaged item, contact us at hello@squlptique.com within 7 days of delivery — we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing.
